• Application of UV Absorber UV-866 CAS:23949-66-8; 63843-89-0;65447-77-0

  UV 866 provides excellent UV stability for polyurethane systems. Compared to traditional UV stabilizer systems, the increased efficacy is particularly pronounced in clear or light-colored TPU applications. UV 866 is a high performance UV stabilizer designed for use in polyurethane systems (eg TPU, CASE, RIM flexible foam applications). UV 866 is particularly effective in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and can also be used for polyurethane-coated floors on tarpaulins as well as synthetic leather. UV 866 provides excellent UV stability for polyurethane systems. Compared to traditional UV stabilizer systems, the increased efficacy is particularly pronounced in clear or light-colored TPU applications. UV 866 can also be used on other polymers such as polyamides as well as other engineering plastics including aliphatic polyketones, styrene homopolymers and copolymers, elastomers, TPE, TPV and epoxy resins as well as polyolefins and other organic substrates .
